Chevy Show

why is my 2007 chevy malibu's gas gauge show empty when its full?

2 things
either its a bad gas tank sending unit
or
its a bad instrument cluster (which comes as an assembly)
in either case you are still covered under warranty so go to your
nearest chevy dealer and get it fixed for free.

Why would people pick a Toyota Tundra over a Chevy Silverado?

I would pick the Chevy Silverado over a Toyota Tundra any day.

First of all, the Tundra is a Toyota, and they don't break down much.
Second, it has better fuel economy.
